Ocean View Retreat / Beach Service / 1603

This condo was situated in a great location and it served our party of 7 very well. The place had everything we needed for our short stay. It was a bit outdated and few things need fixing and I informed the management right away. They did promise to send maintenance but no one showed up. It wasn’t a deal breaker but some minor inconveniences. The biggest issue was the top bunk bed where the steps were broke so we couldn’t use it and my son ended up sleeping on the couch instead but he didn’t care. Overall it was good and we’d probably stay there again if we go back to Miami.

We found the property easily; the valet and the concierge were kind but the concierge didn't validate our wrist bands correctly so we had to run downstairs twice before they finally worked on both the elevators and with the room door. This was really annoying after traveling all day. This was disappointing and it showed a lack of understanding of how the wrist bands work and a lack of communication between the property manager and the front desk. My wife had to personally clean the master bathroom sink faucet - it was disgusting! There were no basic spices (salt/pepper) in the kitchen so we had to buy those - annoying. The biggest problem we encountered with this property was the evening before we checked out. After a long day of shopping and preparing ourselves to check out, we came up to the room and none of the wrist bands worked. My son ran down (this is the 16th floor so this takes a good length of time each cycle) and the concierge ordered maintenance to the room. We were waiting outside for 20 minutes before he arrived. He didn't speak a lick of English. I doubt he had papers. He changed the batteries. It still didn't work. He went downstairs to speak with the concierge and brought back one key. This wasn't the correct key. He fiddled with the door another 10 minutes. Finally security came and had the correct key to let us in. The entire process took around 90 minutes and left me and my wife very anxious and upset. Still no response from property manager!!!

Positive: Lo que me gusto es que Desde el piso 16 es una vista hermosa y el lugar es perfecto. Negative: Lo que no me gusto es que Hay muchas cafeteras pero no hay una licuadora El personal no es amable algunos fueron groseros El departamento estaba bonito pero hay que arreglar la regadera,una puerta, también debería haber una habitación matrimonial.

We enjoyed this property. It was the perfect size for our group of 6. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen was great. We loved the pools and easy access to the beautiful beach. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this property despite the things we did not like.We will stay again . Positive: The cleanliness and how organized the unit was. The property owner checked on us constantly to make sure we were OK. The front desk responded to all our complains. We will stay in this place again and the things that happened which we didn't like was just things happening.Book this property you will have no regrets. Negative: We were missing a windows blind but help was sent to look in to it. One of the bathrooms was leaking and management was open to listening and finding a solution. We ran out of clean towels and couldn't get new ones because the cleaning vendor was running behind schedule.
